Alan D. Means, P.E.

   

 

Mr. Means is currently an owner in Cambrian Management, Ltd., and in Pyrite Investments, Ltd.  Cambrian manages oil and gas properties and Pyrite owns interests in oil and gas properties.  Mr. Means has over 24 years of diverse oil and gas operations experience, including over 10 years of project/asset management experience with Coastal Management Corporation.  Mr. Means has worked for major oil companies, independents, and project management companies in his career.

His experience has ranged from field operations to corporate management.  Mr. Means experience has been primarily domestic U.S. with the bulk of his experience in the Permian Basin.  Mr. Means has successfully served as a project manager over a 2500 gross wellbore project in West Texas.  Mr. Means has received a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in the State of Texas #72082. 

 


Sal J. Pagano, P.E.

   

 

Mr. Pagano is currently an owner in Cambrian Managem ent, Ltd., and in Pyrite Investments, Ltd.  Cambrian manages oil and gas properties and Pyrite owns interests in oil and gas properties.  Mr. Pagano has over 30 years of diverse professional and managerial experience with major and independent exploration and production companies, including Amoco, Texas Oil and Gas, Pacific Enterprises, Midland Resources and Costilla Energy.

Mr. Pagano's experience has been primarily in a reservoir engineering capacity in most  geologic basins in the Continental U.S. from the Williston in Montana to the Texas Gulf Coast.  Most of his experience has been in the Permian Basin of West Texas.  In the last 12 years, Mr. Pagano has worked in upper level management/executive capacity. Responsibilities centered on production maintenance, property valuation, cost control, property development / exploitation, engineering, in coordination with geology, land and accounting departments.  Mr. Pagano received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in the State of Texas #54688."

 

 



Joe E. Crawford 

   

 

Mr. Crawford is a project manager at Cambrian Management, Ltd., and has over 30 years of extensive oil and gas management and operations experience.  He started working for Mr. Means as a well site consultant on the Coastal Management Waddell ranch project in 1994.  He was promoted to operations superintendent on company owned properties and then was promoted to operations superintendent on the 2500 well Waddell Ranch project.  Joe migrated to Cambrian Management, Ltd. in managed an interesting array of projects that have included drilling and production operations in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.  He holds an A.A. degree from Eastern New Mexico University, Roswell.  


Tiffany Grant

   

 

Ms. Grant has over 20 years of oil and gas experience.  In May 2004, she joined Cambrian Management, Ltd. Ms. Grant’s responsibilities include office management, purchasing and materials, human resources, state and federal regulatory and operations engineering technician.  She has regulatory experience ranging from drilling permits to monthly production reporting in 4 states, as well as with BLM.  Ms. Grant has managed the tubular procurement and reconciliation for a 100 well drilling program. Ms. Grant began her career in the oil and gas industry working for a gas processing company as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations.  Ms. Grant joined Coastal Management Corp. in 1992 as an Accounting Assistant; she was promoted to Operations Technician in the Operations Department in 1997.  Ultimately, Ms. Grant was promoted to Accounting Supervisor for a 2500 well project located in West Texas.

Walter A. Baker II

   

 

 

Mr. Baker is a 1970 graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.  He is a member of the Permian Basin Chapter of Society of Petroleum Engineers. 

Mr. Baker held jobs with increasing responsibility with Skelly Oil Company, Getty Oil Company and Texaco prior to retiring from Chevron following the Texaco-Chevron merger.  These jobs focused on oil and gas drilling and production operations along the Texas Gulf Coast, the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico, as well as East Texas.  W. A. also managed a one year long well recompletion project for Texaco in Western Siberia and spent six months working on a project in Kazakhstan.  He has supervised and managed teams of people operating as many as 11 drilling rigs at a time drilling vertical and horizontal wells.

Mr. Baker then consulted with Key Energy Services and was subsequently employed by Key as their Salt Water Disposal Manager.  In this position he was responsible for maintaining Key's salt water disposal wells and facilities as well as regulatory compliance issues surrounding those installations.

W. A. joined Cambrian Management, Ltd. in April 2006 as Drilling Manager and is currently responsible for two projects that operate six drilling rigs drilling wells to 10,500'.
