  • Cambrian signs well construction agreement with Huber Energy Panhandle L.P.

    Cambrian Management, Ltd is excited to announce the signing of a “Contract Well Construction Agreement” with Huber Energy Panhandle L.P. Cambrian is to supply drilling project management on a 100-140 well drilling program in the Gold River (Olmos) Field located in Webb County, Texas.

    Cambrian is responsible for all aspects of the program from staking the well site to turning the well down the flowline. The project includes, drilling engineering, well site supervision, regulatory filings, safety coordination, materials purchasing and inventory control, AFE preparation, all of the accounting process and banking.
    The project commenced on April 12, 2004 and is expected to take approximately two (2) years to complete. Cambrian will drill with two (2) drilling rigs for the balance of 2004 and pick up a third drilling rig in early 2005.
  • Cambrian signs contract operating agreement with PPC Energy, L.P

    Cambrian Management, Ltd signed a contract operating agreement with PPC Energy, L.P. out of Houston, Texas to manage approximately 120 wellbores on January 21, 2005. Cambrian will act as operator of contract on the properties located in South and West Texas. The South Texas properties are located in Jackson County and consist of several Frio Sand producers. The West Texas properties are primarily Delaware Sand producers located in Reeves and Loving Counties.

    Cambrian will manage all facets of day-to-day operations on the properties and will manage the capital spending program. Cambrian will provide field supervision, engineering, downhole failure management, materials and purchasing function, and some limited reservoir and geology on the project.
  • Cambrian signs contract well construction agreement with St. Mary Land and Exploration

    Cambrian Management, Ltd signed a contract well construction agreement with St. Mary Land and Exploration of Houston, Texas to manage an 11 well drilling program in Southeast New Mexico. The project includes 7 drill wells on the Parkway Delaware Unit and 4 drill wells in the Shugart Field both located in Eddy County, New Mexico.

    Cambrian will manage all phases of the well construction process from permitting to completion of the drilling process.
